Everyone, please meet People Tab! đź‘«
This new feature gives bot admins an overhead view of your subscriber list, allows you to create user segments, and also enables editing of individual users’ attributes. Most importantly, with the help of People tab, you can create custom lookalike audiences in the Facebook Ads Manager for precise user targeting.
Want to keep track of how many users come from a specific country, entered the bot from your website, and liked your latest product collection? Create dynamic segments and re-use them in other parts of your bot structure and broadcasting to increase conversions through personalization.
Looking for new users who will be more likely to convert to paying customers? Use the export functionality to create custom lookalike audiences in the Facebook Ads Manager for ultimate user targeting and to dramatically reduce your customer acquisition costs.
Have a special offer for a specific group of users and need to add a few people by hand? Add, delete, or edit attributes manually for ultimate flexibility. Then subscribe the entire group to a drip sequence of messages to ensure that your value proposition is delivered in the most efficient way.
Full functionality of People tab is available on all bots subscribed to the PRO Plan.
For a quick overview of all the main features of People tab, please refer to the short video below, as well as our help article. Then log in the dashboard and activate your PRO subscription to get unlimited access to People Tab.

Exciting news! Further to our recent announcement, we have launched our PRO Plan! At this time, the option gives you the ability to remove the “Powered by Chatfuel” attribution from the bot’s Persistent Menu.
You can look up the pricing and subscribe to the plan by going to the PRO Plan widget under the Configure tab in the dashboard.
Note that in bots that had the “Powered by Chatfuel” attribution moved to the 2nd level of the Persistent Menu, the attribution will be forced to the top level, as we mentioned in our prior blog post.
More premium features to come soon!

Great news! By popular demand, we are adding paid features to our platform!
Chatfuel’s new PRO Plan will enable users to remove the “Powered by Chatfuel” attribution for a fee.
To be clear – Chatfuel remains a free platform, with no limitations introduced to the free plan. But we want to give our users the ability to access new features that are most important to them. As the first step, we will soon be releasing the option to remove the “Powered by Chatfuel” attribution from the bot’s Persistent Menu for a fee.
Chatfuel’s PRO Plan will appear as a paid add-on in the dashboard within a month. At that time, bot admins will be able to remove the attribution for a monthly fee based on the number of bot’s reachable users.

Now every bot built on Chatfuel gets a dedicated landing page generated from the dashboard.
Utilize a landing page for your bot to optimize the experience for those users who have never chatted with your bot before. Now each user can get a concise and attractive preview of your bot on both mobile and desktop.

Checkbox and Send to Messenger plugins allow you to gain new bot users from your website
If you already have a website with an active audience, converting those users to your bot subscribers has never been easier. Make use of Send to Messenger and Checkbox plugins to get new bot users with as little friction as possible.
The code generator feature will provide you with a piece of code you can insert on your website in order to display a “Send to Messenger” button. Upon clicking the button, the user will become subscribed to your bot.
Checkbox plugin allows you to subscribe a page visitor to your bot with a specific action defined by you. Use the code generator to get the HTML and JS codes and place them on your page.
Code generators for both plugins can be found under the Grow tab.

Creating new versions of your bots is now easier than ever
Many of our bot admins have been asking for the ability to reuse groups of blocks as well as AI rules in several of their bots. Previously this was only possible with cloning of entire bots and deletion of the unnecessary pieces of content.
Now you can clone a group of blocks from one bot to another, thus reusing specific content and flow scenarios between your bots.
Grouping of AI rules makes maintaining and updating the rule sets much easier. Create groups of rules thematically – Greeting Phrases, Smalltalk, Navigation, FAQ, or in whatever fashion that suits your setup.
Use the Drag & Drop feature to organize your existing ungrouped AI rules.
You can also clone groups of AI rules between bots.
